This Vollrath Replacement Thumb Screw for Redco® InstaCut™ 3.5 or 5.0 is a replacement part. It is primarily a metal thumb screw and will come in a singular case pack. Each thumb screw should be 1.5" in length and 1/4-20 x .875 in size. Each replacement part is available to assist in maximizing the lifespan of your Redco® InstaCut™ 3.5 or 5.0, allowing you to swap out worn out parts of the equipment instead of having to purchase a completely new set.
It is compatible with the Redco® InstaCut™ 3.5 and 5.0 Manual Slicers which ranges from vegetable dicers and section corers to fruit and vegetable wedgers. These machines are designed to help restaurant owners and workers expediate their food preparation process, making it faster, safer, and more efficient to dice, core, and wedge fruits and vegetables.
