It consists of a 20-quart stainless-steel bowl and guards with a built-in ingredient chute, spiral dough hook attachments, stainless-steel wire whip, and an aluminum flat beater.

It has a rigid-cast iron body with NSF-approved grey enamel paint. This ensures the structural integrity, strength, and durability of the mixer. There are also front-mounted touchpad controls with a 60-minute digital timer and last-minute recall. This ensures that you minimize food wastage while increasing food efficiency and quality.
