The Easy Chopper 3™ is the new and improved version of the Easy Chopper 2™. This model has a few subtle yet significant enhancements that make food prep easier and faster. Easy Chopper 3 has a black color-coded blade assembly and push block to easily identify the 1" cut size. Revolutionary push-block cleaning gasket makes cleaning the block as easy as pulling 2 tabs, rinsing, washing and sanitizing and you're finished. Easy Chopper 3 is easily changed from dicing to slicing by purchasing extra blade assemblies, cleaning gaskets and push blocks.
The revolutionary push-block cleaning gasket makes cleaning the block fast and simple. Merely pull on 2 tabs, rinse, wash and sanitize and your through. Cleaning gasket reduces the amount of time spent on cleaning the block to allow more time for prep work. Gasket is color-coded to match the blade set and push block it goes with so you always have the right size in reach.
