This fruit and vegetable slicer is able to wedge, dice, or core foods. The 10" x 10" x 15 1/2" (W x D x H) manual machine is constructed with stainless steel rods making the product durable, but still only weighing 6 pounds. This fruit and vegetable slicer has a simple one piece blade that easily pops in and out for quick cleaning and exchanging. The InstaCut® device is one stroke operated and produces quick, clean cuts and divides the food into 6 separate sections. This fruit and vegetable slicer is able to cut produce at least three times faster than by hand.
