This steam table pan is 1/3 size for hot case display. The construction of the pan is a heavy duty stainless steel which gives years of service. This steam table pan has a highly polished exterior which sets an elegant buffet display. Product displays a plain polished edging. The depth of 4 inches allows for more product to be presented.
