In addition, the equipment also contains (1) 23,000 BTU/hr and (1) 35,000 BTU/hr standard ovens that can fit full-size sheet pans side-to-side or front-to-back for baking multiple food items simultaneously. This Vulcan range also has two oven racks and four rack positions per oven for a spacious amount of cooking area. The appliance has many features that make it suitable for commercial kitchen use. This Vulcan range has a stainless steel exterior for simple keeping. Furthermore, this device has 6 inch adjustable legs allowing flexibility of placement.
