Looking for rethermalizers? The Vollrath 741101D Mirage® 11 qt Drop-In Induction Rethermalizer - 13 7/8"L x 12 3/8"W x 12 5/16"H is an induction rethermalizer that utilizes innovative induction technologies. This mirage induction rethermalizer uses dry heat, eliminating the need for a water bath.
The 3D induction coil of this rethermalizer will heat food evenly and efficiently. It is able to take a container of cookies food from a chilled state (below 40°F) through the HACCP "danger zone" of 165°F in less than 90 minutes. This induction rethermalizer comes with temperature sensors in contact with the inset to provide accurate temperature control, preventing food from burning. It will improve food quality and minimize food waste while using a fraction of energy compared to other rethermalizers on the market.
