This stainless steel false bottom is designed to raise your food up off the bottom of a steam table pan to allow oil, sauce or water to drain off. This will help keep food from becoming soggy or over-saturated, which ensures your food stays crisp and appetizing. The removable false bottom has a finger hole in the middle for easy removal. This steam table pan has smooth curves and a bright finish to present your food beautifully. The hotel pan features easy pour corners and a traditional body size that makes Super pan® V pans compatible with all your Super Pan II® pans, covers and accessories. The 1/8 size pan provides approximately 40% more capacity than 1/9 size pan, reducing the amount of empty pans and the time it takes to refill them. The stainless steel pan's newly designed pour corners are up to 300% stronger and will resist dents or dings in the toughest kitchen environments. Plus, the stacking lugs prevent jamming for convenient storage.
